Global interactive entertainment brand HoYoverse announced on the 6th that the 4.4 version update for its galactic fantasy RPG, Honkai: Star Rail, titled A Moment of Silence, A Resounding Horn, will launch on July 15.

This update continues the story of the Strange Paradise, where the Trailblazer will face off against the Lord Ravager Asat Pramad, who shattered 15 years of peace. Following clues left by Himeko, the Trailblazer will uncover the truth behind her disappearance and the events of 15 years ago. Himeko joins the front lines in a new form: Himeko Nova, a 5-star Erudition character with Fire affinity.

Upon entering battle, Himeko Nova deploys a boundary and summons the Armored Star Guide to support the team. When using her ultimate skill, she and her allies command the Star Guide to attack enemies. While the boundary is active, all allies gain additional combat support skills and can call upon the Star Guide to launch attacks against all enemies. If an ally is a member of the Astral Express crew, they receive additional special effects.

Furthermore, the second collaboration between Honkai: Star Rail and Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] will take place during this version, bringing the Holy Grail War to the galaxy once again.

In the collaboration event Fate/Night of the Galactic Railway, Rin Tohsaka accidentally enters the Strange Paradise following the Fifth Holy Grail War, sparking a new incident. The Trailblazer joins Rin to track down the scattered pieces of Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon and uncover the truth behind the Phantasm: Holy Grail War. The collaboration introduces Rin Tohsaka (5-star, Erudition, Quantum) and Gilgamesh (5-star, Destruction, Lightning) as playable characters.

Starting July 24, players who log in during the collaboration period until the end of version 4.6 can choose between Gilgamesh and Archer to receive one collaboration-exclusive 5-star character and some of their upgrade materials for free. Additionally, players who spend a cumulative 200 Star Rail Special Passes throughout version 4.4 will receive one of the collaboration-exclusive 5-star Light Cones: What I See Is Me or The Hell Where Ideals Burn.

The first half of the Warp event features limited-time reruns of the 5-star characters Sparkle, Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae, and Acheron, while the second half sees the return of Kaelidra, Anaxa, and Aventurine.

During this version, a new costume for Sparkle, Sweet Dream Propagator, will be released, alongside new content such as five new pet emojis and Trailblazer Outfit fan-art-inspired skins. Players can also earn 10 free pulls via login attendance. In the version event Anti-Corruption Expert, the Trailblazer will take on requests from Aventurine to investigate corruption within the IPC by compiling data bricks. The permanent content Currency War: Zero-Sum Game will receive an expansion update with new challenges, and several system functions will be optimized.

Meanwhile, an immersive exhibition titled Memoirs of Walking Among the Stars, documenting the journey of Honkai: Star Rail, will be held from July 17 to August 31 at the DEEP immersive platform in Lotte World, Jamsil, Seoul. The exhibition will feature video content covering the Astral Express' journey, immersive experience zones, and displays of character blueprints and weapons.
