Halo Campaign Evolved has officially gone gold.

On the 14th, Halo Studios announced via the official Halo X (formerly Twitter) account that Halo Campaign Evolved has reached gold status. Going gold means the game has reached a fully playable build ready for the master disc, signaling that the launch is imminent. With this milestone, purchasers of the Premium and Collector's Editions will be able to play Halo Campaign Evolved five days early, as originally scheduled.

Halo Campaign Evolved is a reimagining of 'Halo: Combat Evolved,' rebuilt on Unreal Engine 5 to provide a modern gaming experience. As the title suggests, the game focuses on the campaign experience; while multiplayer is excluded, three new missions with expanded narratives have been added.

Early access for Halo Campaign Evolved begins on July 23, with the official launch scheduled for July 28.
