Seal M on CROSS surpasses 1 million global pre-registrations

NEXUS and PLAYWITH KOREA have announced that global pre-registrations for the MMORPG Seal M on CROSS reached 1.33m as of February 23rd.

According to a release, registrations for the mobile title opened on February 11th and have drawn participation from multiple regions. The companies highlighted particularly strong engagement from Southeast Asia (SEA), including Vietnam and Indonesia.

Seal M on CROSS brings the cartoon-style visuals and combo-based combat system of Seal Online to mobile devices. The game is integrated with the CROSS on-chain full-stack ecosystem, which aims to connect in-game progression with blockchain-based assets.

Within the title, players can earn ‘Shiltz Crystals’ through missions and ranking activities. These assets can then be converted into ‘SHILTZx’, an on-chain token designed for use across the wider CROSS ecosystem.

To manage the in-game economy, the supply of Shiltz Crystals has been capped at ten million units per season. The release stated that the crystals are required to purchase ‘Ooparts’, described as high-value in-game items tied to the game’s progression systems.

In addition to pre-registration milestones, Seal M on CROSS is currently running several promotional campaigns. These include a ‘Pre-registration Unlock Event’, offering costumes and coupons, alongside a ‘Million Jackpot’ event where participants can obtain $CROSS tokens.

NEXUS is a blockchain-focused platform provider, while PLAYWITH KOREA is known for publishing and servicing online and mobile games, including titles based on the Seal IP.

Seal M on CROSS marks another example of developers exploring blockchain-integrated game economies, a trend that continues to evolve across both traditional gaming and esports-adjacent ecosystems.

Pre-registration for the title remains open via its official website and social media channels.
