Dallas Fuel and Los Angeles Valiant Complete Trade Involving Support Players

Custa to join Valiant, uNKOE to the Dallas Fuel

DALLAS (April 2, 2018) – The Dallas Fuel and the Los Angeles Valiant announced a trade that sends support player Scott “Custa” Kennedy to the Valiant and support player Benjamin “uNKOE” Chevasson to the Fuel. Both players will be eligible to compete with their new teams for the start of Stage 3 of the Overwatch League on April 4.

“uNKOE is a mechanically gifted support player that will bring key strengths and motivation to our team,” said Dallas Fuel head coach Kyle Souder (@KyKy). “His history of success and skill set have long been respected by this entire team and will help us push forward this season and in the future.”

Prior to joining the Overwatch League, uNKOE played competitively for Rogue. Custa played for Fnatic and Arc 6 before signing with the Dallas Fuel in October.

“Valiant is getting an extremely dedicated and mature player in Custa,” said Mat Taylor, general manager of the Dallas Fuel. “We love Scott, and it was a tough decision to part with him. Ultimately, this trade is a win-win for both our organizations and a fresh start both players embrace.”

The Dallas Fuel open Stage 3 of the Overwatch League in a matchup with the Shanghai Dragons on Wednesday, April 4.
