After falling into a three-game losing streak following the LCK season opener, BNK FearX made a bold move by calling up and starting Yoo 'Daystar' Ji-myung, but the change failed to yield significant results. While they managed to secure two wins against teams considered relatively weaker, DN Supers and Kiwoom DRX, they suffered somewhat listless defeats in matches against mid-to-top-tier teams.

Despite this, the team continued to field 'Daystar,' raising questions among fans. The reason was clarified in an official statement released by BNK FearX on the 28th, coinciding with the news of Nam 'Diable' Dae-geun's send-down: the team noted that 'Diable' had a positive influence on various aspects of the team's performance when paired with 'Daystar.'

However, 'Diable' was sent down due to issues with his attitude, including failing to attend fan meetings and repeatedly violating team rules and commitments. As of the 30th, a trade with another team is considered likely.
