On the 20th of November, through his official Facebook, Deft has announced his contract termination with kt and free agency.

Deft has been with kt Rolster for 2 whole years. Becoming the face of kt and one of the best ADC players in Korea, Deft has earned the respect and praise he is constantly given. Through the announcement, Deft sends his gratitude to the coaching staff and promises on delivering good news in his next post.

In the post, Deft said "For 2 years, I have been with a wonderful team and have gained even better memories. Although I have a lot of people to be thankful for, I want to thank Head Coach ZanDarc and Coach Noexcuse for helping me in/outside of the game. I hope to deliver some good news in my next announcement. Thank you for always supporting me."

While Deft did not specify which team he was going to go into, what is for certain is that Deft is not done yet. With all the League Of Legends professional players searching for new teams and contracts, it will be exciting to see what Deft's next step will be.
