Pearl Abyss has added a 'cross-save' feature to its open-world action-adventure game 'Crimson Desert,' allowing players to continue their gameplay seamlessly across different platforms.

Cross-save enables players to share save data across multiple platforms, allowing them to continue their journey through Pywel with the same character. Users can activate the feature via the in-game 'Save' menu. Selecting 'Cross-Save Settings' will provide a link or QR code that directs users to the cross-save page.

Following the on-screen instructions, players can log in and link their accounts for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games. It is also possible to link and use accounts from multiple platforms simultaneously.

Meanwhile, Pearl Abyss announced its Q3 update plan in June, which focuses on adding new content, expanding existing features, and enhancing the overall gameplay experience for Crimson Desert. The updates will be rolled out sequentially through September.
