After the match, Kim 'Phase' Su-hwan reflected, "In both the first and third games, we had compositions that should have given us the advantage. We had plenty of opportunities to snowball, but we failed to execute smoothly, which led to our defeat." Regarding the Sylas pick, he explained, "We prepared it extensively against non-ADC compositions during practice and felt it was viable in a real match, but it's disappointing that the results didn't follow."

Despite encouragement from fans who noted his strong performance and form since MSI, 'Phase' remained humble. "Honestly, while playing through this EWC, I never felt that my form was particularly good," he said. "I am always trying to identify areas for improvement. Once I return to Korea and prepare for the LCK, I will clearly pinpoint the weaknesses from this tournament and focus on my strengths to perform better."

He added, "Whether it was our elimination at MSI or this EWC, I haven't felt that my shortcomings have been significantly addressed. I am determined to fix these flaws during the upcoming LCK regular season and show a more complete performance."

Finally, he shared a heartfelt apology to the T1 fans in Paris and back home who had been cheering them on so passionately. "I imagine it must have been very disappointing for the fans to watch my performance," Phase said, concluding his EWC schedule. "We are also very disappointed, and I am sorry for letting you down. Still, we will prepare well for the remaining tournaments and come back stronger."
