SSG Ambition: "My wife let me live in the team house... I'm doing my best to be devoted to her."

On May 31st (KST), Samsung Galaxy took down SK Telecom T1 with a 2-0 record on Day 2 of 2017 LCK Summer Split. The MVPs of the match, Minho "Crown" Lee and Chanyong "Ambition" Kang, was interviewed on stage by OGN after the match.

The interview started with Crown, who was happy with the result of the match. "I was nervous about playing a match after a long break, but I'm satisfied with how we did today."

Crown's signature champion is Victor, and SKT acknowledged it by banning Victor in Game 1. Even so, Crown had something to say about his favorite champion. "I feel pretty confident about playing Victor. When compared to other champions though, I think he needs a buff."

When asked about Camille who showed her rare appearance on Game 2, Crown explained how she was picked. "CuVee was certain that he could do well with her today, so we've let him be. We've picked her several times during scrims too. She is still a viable pick."

For Crown's last question, he was asked whether this could be the beginning of another Seasonal MVP for Crown; Crown was modest about the idea. "It's only the first match of the split."

As for Ambition, he started by showing modesty on today's win against SKT. "I was made a lot of mistakes while practicing, so I kept reminding myself of those to avoid making them in the match. I won't be gloating over today's win, and I'll keep practicing like I have always been."

Ambition was married recently to become the first married active player in the LCK, and he is doing his best to balance his marriage life and his career. "My wife allowed me to continue living in the team house. So, I'm doing my best to be a devoted husband despite the circumstances and not let our relationship be strained even as we are busy with our lives."

SSG seemed to have a better idea what to do with the reworked Rift Herald, and Ambition knew the importance of it. "The new Herald is too easy to take considering how easy it is to take a turret with it. I think it will be important in snowballing a game."

Ambition ended the interview with a promise for the future. "We left much to be desired in the Spring Split. We'll do our best in this split and get to the World Championship."
