Ninjas in Pyjamas announces their return to EU LCS.

On May 24th (PDT), Ninjas in Pyjamas(NiP) announced that they have returned to EU LCS. They revealed that they could return to EU LCS through the acquisition of the Fnatic Academy slot.

Preparing for the season from their headquarters with an all new roster, they have brought players from teams such as SKT in Asia, PSG and Giants in Europe.

NiP also said “Time is short and we are ready to catch up with the rest. Please join us as we wish our new players a warm welcome to the Ninjas in Pyjamas family.”

The Head Coach of NiP “Korsgard “NicoThePico” had the following to say about the roster and their ambitions :

“Coming into this split we wanted to build a team that would not only be able to put up a fight, but also grow along with the organization and establish themselves while representing NiP. We were in touch with some of the players of FNA, but since they would only go as a full package and our goal from the beginning was to create a new team, it was unfortunately not meant to be. Our team has a balanced mixture of old veterans and newer players. We are going into the split with high ambitions of growth and having a good showing over the course of the split. We are extremely eager to get started, and looking forward to the season!”
