Riot releases teaser for the 2021 LoL World Championship in China

On June 16, Riot Games revealed a teaser video for the 2021 League of Legends World Championship. Through the video, Riot Games announced that the World Championship will be held in five cities of China, including Shenzhen, Qingdao, Wuhan, Chengdu, and Shanghai. The video featured each city’s views and landmarks, along with players and cheering fans.

 

The finals of the 2021 LoL World Championship will be held at the Universiade Sports Center in Shenzhen. About 60,000 people can be seated in the stadium, but it is not yet known how many people Riot Games and Shenzhen will allow.
