T1 easily took the second set against FURIA to move to a 2-0 lead, powered by a strong performance from their Caitlyn-Lux bottom lane.

Both teams remained very composed throughout the second set. Rather than engaging in early skirmishes, they focused on farming and scaling. The first kill didn't come until the 9-minute mark, when T1 caught out 'Oner's' Jarvan after he burned his E-Q combo while trying to pressure the Ezreal in the bottom lane.

However, T1 pulled out a powerful Caitlyn and Lux laning duo and destroyed the bottom tier-one tower in just 10 minutes. In the top lane, 'Doran' made a mistake; his Rumble failed to manage his distance in a 1v1 duel and was taken down by the tower. The solution came from the bottom lane. After destroying the bottom tier-one tower, T1's bottom duo rotated to the top lane to take down 'Tatu's' Aatrox, successfully sidestepping an enemy gank and turning the tables to secure a kill on Bard as well.

FURIA managed to keep the gold gap from widening too much by finding a return kill on Rumble in the bottom lane. At 23 minutes, T1 baited a teamfight while starting Baron, picking up kills on Aatrox and Ahri before securing the objective. With the Baron buff, T1 played aggressively and continued to snowball their lead.

FURIA tried to hold the line, but the damage from T1's advances continued to mount. By the time 'Phase's' Caitlyn reached a power spike where even her basic attacks were devastating, T1 overwhelmed their opponents with sheer force, destroying FURIA's Nexus at 29 minutes to reach match point at 2-0.
