NEOWIZ announced on the 26th the release of 'V LIBERTY 5,' a new DLC for the rhythm game 'DJMAX RESPECT V.'

'V LIBERTY 5' features a total of 21 tracks, including one special hidden track from 'V LINK 4.' Highlights include the opening track 'Aria (feat. DIEIN),' composed by Miiro with vocals by DIEIN from Lena Entertainment.

The DLC also includes 'Sleipnir,' the first collaboration between game director and artist XeoN and pattern designer and artist 7SEQ. Additionally, players can enjoy 'Black Lion (Black Death),' a fusion gugak track presented by the Rocky Studio sound team's 'Rave PahNic (PahNic x PANGURI).'

Artist TAK's 'PPP (feat. Hatsune Miku, Kasane Teto)' has also been added to the tracklist. As of the press release, the song has recorded 51.94 million views on YouTube and features Vocaloids 'Hatsune Miku' and 'Kasane Teto.'

'V LIBERTY 5' will be released at noon on the 26th and is priced at ₩29800. To celebrate the launch, a 10% discount will be available on Steam for one week starting the 26th. During the Steam Summer Sale, which runs from the same day through July 10, the base game 'DJMAX RESPECT V' and existing DLCs will be available at discounts of up to 80%.

Offline events are also scheduled. The DJMAX Entertainment team will operate a pop-up store and collaboration cafe, 'DJMAX PLAY GROUND,' at V Square in Seoul from July 1 to 12. The 300-pyeong (approx. 1k sqm) space will feature visuals showcasing the history and narrative of 'DJMAX,' along with developer autograph sessions, cosplayer events, game zone experiences, and fan art exhibitions.

The team will also participate in local events in China. After launching an official Chinese community in March, DJMAX will attend the 'Firefly ACG Festival' in Guangzhou from July 17 to 20, where they will host developer autograph sessions, game demos, and sales of original merchandise.

A localization update, including the latest Chinese translations, will be applied alongside the new DLC release. NEOWIZ noted that the number of users and the proportion of revenue from China have been steadily increasing.

Recently, a collaboration keyboard produced with PreFlow was also released. The product sold out within five minutes of the first production run, and including a second batch, it has recorded cumulative sales of approximately 5k units.
