Pearl Abyss has partnered with TCL to showcase Crimson Desert at ChinaJoy 2026.
The demo is being held in Hall N4 from July 31 to August 3, during the ChinaJoy 2026 event. A total of 10 demo PCs are available on-site, allowing players to experience gameplay focused on base liberation, ranging from the Root Fortress to the Divine Beast.
On the show floor, many Chinese users were seen playing Crimson Desert while experiencing various high-end displays. The monitors provided at the booth support ultra-wide formats, 5K (5120x2880) resolution, and 240Hz refresh rates, effectively capturing the grandeur of Crimson Desert.
A Pearl Abyss representative stated, "At the TCL booth, visitors can experience the core combat and base gameplay of Crimson Desert for about 10 minutes. The demo allows for free exploration, including character switching and open world traversal. We hope that both Korean users visiting ChinaJoy and local Chinese users will feel free to enjoy Crimson Desert."
Meanwhile, Crimson Desert is an open world adventure game developed by Pearl Abyss and released on March 20. It follows the story of the protagonist, Kliff, as he travels across the vast continent of Pywel. Although it received mixed reviews at launch, the game has since turned the sentiment around through continuous patches.
More information about Crimson Desert can be found on the official website.
