'Let's Party! Prinny Board Battle,' an all-new party game developed by Nippon Ichi Software, Inc. and published by Clouded Leopard Entertainment (CEO Yuen-Yuen Chen), will be released simultaneously worldwide on Thursday, November 12.

The game will be available on Nintendo Switch (digital only), including the Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5. The official website and the first promotional video have also been released.
Prinny is the official mascot character of Nippon Ichi Software, known for its unique way of speaking. Prinnies are depicted as adaptable characters who complain when given a task but ultimately get it done. While they generally prefer to do the bare minimum, they will work tirelessly if promised a single sardine as a daily wage.
'Let's Party! Prinny Board Battle' is a party game that combines command RPG elements with a board game system. Its most distinctive feature is that even if players work together to defeat a boss, only the one who successfully brings the boss back to the starting point is declared the winner. In short, the core of the game is the constant cycle of cooperation and betrayal until the very end.
The game follows board game rules that blend player strategy with luck. On each turn, players can choose to 'Move,' 'Attack,' or use an 'Item' once each. Depending on these choices, a Prinny Slot in the center of the screen is triggered to determine movement distance or stat changes. Starting from the beginning, characters strengthen themselves by landing on spaces that boost their abilities, allow them to purchase items, or trigger battles with enemies.
After a certain amount of time, bosses such as the Four Heavenly Kings and the Board Game Demon King appear from the Demon Castle. Because these bosses are powerful, it is more efficient for players to cooperate to defeat them. However, the moment the boss is defeated, the cooperative relationship dissolves, and the game shifts into a scramble where players compete to drag the boss back to the starting point.
The game supports 2-4 player multiplayer competition as well as a single-player mode that plays like a RPG. Further information on 'Let's Party! Prinny Board Battle' can be found on the official website.
