Game Research announced that it launched the official service for 'Blood Wind,' a traditional PC Wuxia MMORPG developed by Supergins Co., Ltd., at noon on the 14th.

Blood Wind is a successor to 'Mookhyang Online,' released in 2004, and is the prequel to the currently active 'Mookhon Online' (hereinafter 'Mookhon'). By maintaining the core systems of the original Blood Wind while actively incorporating the proven convenience features and positive elements of Mookhon, the developers have focused on capturing both nostalgia and modern convenience to enhance the game's overall quality.

All participants who signed up for pre-registration starting June 23 will receive useful in-game items and entries into a prize event. Those who missed the pre-registration period can still participate in additional registration until July 27 to receive a gift code and event entries. Accounts that register a gift code from either pre-registration or additional registration will be entered into a raffle for various prizes, including one don (3.75g) of pure gold, gift certificates, and 'Wonbo' (in-game currency) needed for the premium shop, based on the level achieved during the event period.

Various benefits are also available for new users. Players can receive seven types of perks, including an item package provided automatically upon account and character creation, rewards for completing class advancements, a level-up competition race, and support for joining a guild (Munpa).

Additionally, an 'On-Time' event will be held during the early launch period, providing in-game items and 'Lucky Tickets' based on cumulative daily login time. Users receive chances to win Wonbo based on the number of Lucky Tickets collected. After the event period ends, these tickets can be exchanged for various consumables needed for growth, rewarding players for consistent gameplay.

Furthermore, a limited-time sale of the [Lucky Round Gourd], which offers a chance to obtain powerful costume items, and a payment event providing a "payback" based on the amount of Wonbo purchased are also underway. Game Research, the service provider for Blood Wind, stated, "We have prepared this to offer nostalgia to those who remember the original Blood Wind and the fun of a Wuxia MMORPG to those starting anew," adding, "We are committed to making this a long-loved game through stable service and continuous updates for the returning Blood Wind."
