Hanwha Life Esports successfully fought back in Game 3, led by the dominant performance of their top-side players.
Unlike the first two games, Hanwha Life Esports took the early lead in Game 3. Starting off on a high note with 'Kanavi' Seo Jin-hyeok's Trundle successfully executing a counter-jungle, Hanwha Life Esports secured the first Dragon after winning a skirmish in the mid-bottom area and taking down 'Knight's' Mel. They also managed to take down 'Xun's' Skarner during a teamfight for Void Grubs. As BLG suffered consecutive losses, 'Viper' Park Do-hyeon's Xayah began to shine, securing a solo kill on the opposing ADC followed by a duo kill alongside 'On's' Rakan.
However, the real problem for BLG wasn't the bottom lane. 'Zeus' Choi Woo-je's Dr. Mundo and 'Zeka' Kim Geon-woo's Viktor, who had both secured early kills and assists to accelerate their growth, began to exert their presence early on. Viktor showcased his power by pushing back opponents even in a 1v2 situation, while Dr. Mundo took down BLG's only hope, Xayah, with ruthless cleavers. A surging Trundle also stayed active, landing effective plays across the map. The gold lead widened to 5k.
Around the 26-minute mark, Hanwha Life Esports forced Skarner into a near-death state and secured Baron. BLG could not withstand the offensive push empowered by the Baron Buff, and they were forced to surrender both their bottom and mid inhibitors. A desperate final teamfight yielded no results for them. Hanwha Life Esports held such a massive advantage that they were simultaneously taking the Dragon with Lucian, diving deep into enemy lines with Dr. Mundo, and picking up kills with Viktor and Milio. Ultimately, Hanwha Life Esports secured the win in Game 3 after wiping out the opposition in the final teamfight.
