Global game developer and publisher NetEase Games announced on the 8th that 'Sea of Remnant,' a new marine adventure RPG from its subsidiary Joker Studio, has revealed new in-game content through a fresh trailer.

The new title, Sea of Remnant, participated in the Summer Game Fest in Los Angeles, which began on the 6th (KST), and officially released the new trailer during the event.

The trailer was presented in the form of a music video featuring the background track 'Make It Loud.' The Korean title for the trailer is 'Let's Go Crazy: Crew Assemble.' The video introduces various pirate fleets and crews that will appear in the game's oceanic setting. It features stories of six different fleets and their crews, ranging from the 'Dawn Breakers,' an elite group gathered under the Empress' flag, to the wealth-seeking 'Black Barons,' the rock-spirit-filled 'Ranbo,' and the aimless 'Wanderers.

Sea of Remnant, which adopts the unique genre of an open world marine fantasy RPG, is the latest highly anticipated title from NetEase Games' Joker Studio—the developer of Identity V—and is scheduled for official release on PC and PlayStation 5 later this year. The company is currently actively preparing for a global launch, including in Korea.
