Pearl Abyss is launching a variety of '530 Events' on the 13th to celebrate the 7th anniversary of its direct service for Black Desert. Pearl Abyss began self-publishing Black Desert on May 30, 2019, and has held annual commemorative events to maintain a festive atmosphere ever since.

The 7th-anniversary event, titled '530 Painting Our Adventure, Black Desert Day,' runs from May 15 to 17. Adventurers can participate by entering a mission phrase into the world chat.

Rewards include 700 Cron Stones, an 'Event Landscape Paint Selection Box,' a Combat/Life Scroll Selection Box, four types of '530x Cakes,' and a Moonlit Blessing Package (7 Days). Notably, using the '530x Cake' item grants a 530% increase in combat EXP, a 53% increase in skill and mount EXP, and a 53% increase in item drop rates.

The '530 Filling Growth, 530% Hot Time' event, designed to support character progression, will also run from May 13 to June 4. During this period, players will benefit from a 530% increase in combat EXP, 300% in skill EXP, 53% in life EXP, and a 53% increase in item drop rates. Additionally, through the '530 Direct Service 7th Anniversary, Painting with Challenges' event, players can complete quests in hunting, fishing, gathering, or cooking to earn various rewards, including 530 Cron Stones, 53 Caphras Stones, and 53 Memory Fragments.

In addition to the 530 event, Black Desert has added a new treasure item, the 'Star of Nostos.' This treasure can be equipped to a campsite, allowing players to instantly teleport to their residence or manor and then return to their original campsite location.

It can be utilized in various situations, such as managing inventory weight or applying life skill buffs while gathering. Adventurers can use the residence teleportation feature by equipping the treasure while a campsite is installed. It can be crafted by processing and combining materials obtained through gathering content. Both the materials for the 'Star of Nostos' and the completed item can be traded on the Central Market.

Furthermore, the reward structure and profitability of gathering content have been enhanced. Adjustments have been made so that gathering mastery now increases the probability and quantity of obtaining rare gathering items. The gathering quantity increase effect from certain pets and rewards from the 'Green Artisan' mini-game have also been updated. Overall gathering profitability has improved due to increased drop rates for various materials and special gathering items, and the usage of 'Fairy's Breath,' a byproduct of gathering, has been revamped.
