Black Desert released an update on Wednesday, June 17. This update includes PvE balance patches, minor improvements to hunting grounds, and adjustments to the Black Shrine and Pit of Undying.
1. Class Improvements
- Corsair: Damage increased for 19 skills; damage increased for 10 Awakening skills
- Sage: Damage increased for 10 skills (including Flow: Form Shift, Flow: Final Hand, and Flow: Illusion Explosion)
- Structural improvements for certain classes are planned for the end of the regular season of the Arena of Solare
2. Hunting Ground Improvements
- Added collision detection when summoning Beelzebub in Zephyros Castle
- Beelzebub will now perform a guaranteed howling attack before jumping
- Tenebraum monster movement speed increased by 1.16x to 1.4x
- Reduced HP of Coral Naga Nestlings and Sentinels in Nymphamare Castle by 10%
- Fixed the spawn location of Dream Fish to a single point
3. Content Improvements
- Added Essence of Dawn and Gold Bars to the subjugation rewards for Black Shrine Donghae (Solo) levels 2–7
- Added Essence of Dawn Chest to the rewards for Black Shrine Hwanghae (Party)
- Changed Pit of Undying boss Karoxia to be susceptible to Knockdown, Bound, Stiffness, and Stun status effects
- Increased the max HP of Kun, the summon of Pit of Undying boss Ascendra, by 50%
- Changed the HP recovery condition for Kun (Ascendra's summon) from 50% or less to 20% or less
- Added an Invincibility effect to Kun (Ascendra's summon) while moving to perform mechanics
4. Other Improvements
- Adjusted the locations of sea monsters and monsters around Iliya Island
- Improved mole behavior to display a speech bubble immediately after moving
- Reduced mole detection range by 28.5%, escape distance by 30%, and appearance time by 2 seconds
- Improved moles to be targetable as soon as part of their body emerges from the ground
- Increased the number of Pink Leaves obtained from moles by 135.7% to 733.3%, depending on the mole type
- Added 3 new requests that provide Sea Monster's Ooze, required for upgrading Epheria Trade Ships/Destroyers
- Knowledge related to deleted Guild Crafting can now be obtained through Duncan in Velia
