On April 17, with the major winter roadmap concluded, Lost Ark Director Jeon Jae-hak held a live broadcast. The stream reviewed the March update and introduced the direction for future updates leading up to the summer LOA ON.
During the broadcast, Director Jeon shared news regarding Kazeros Raid Acts 1 and 2 Extreme, balance updates, and the production of a Ninave figure. He spent about an hour communicating with players during a subsequent Q&A session.
Notably, his comment about a "new class in the bottom-right continent that female players might like" sparked speculation that the new summer class could be a male Yoz.
Director Jeon concluded the broadcast by saying, "We are working hard to prepare for the upcoming summer update."

Brief evaluation of the March update, HP adjustments, and bound gold conversion
Director Jeon Jae-hak shared his thoughts on the March update and explained future improvement directions. He stated that the Kadarum system was a preliminary step toward the Sea of Aldebaran, and the Cathedral of the Horizon was created with the goal of being an 'easy and fun dungeon.'
Indeed, the Cathedral of the Horizon achieved a high clear rate, consistent with its purpose as a 'breather raid.' It showed a success rate of approximately 99% in the first week and 99.9% by the fourth week, indicating that most adventurers successfully cleared it.
However, as the gear hurdles for Stages 2 and 3 remain higher than expected, the boss HP in those sections will be lowered. Some stagger/knockdown patterns will also be mitigated.
Additionally, card acquisition sources for adventurers in those segments will be expanded. The Kazeros Legion Commander set (known as 'Deep Dive') and the 'Master of Spears' set will be added to the Wandering Merchant inventory. He drew a line, stating there are no plans to release superior versions of existing sets or increase their stats.
Meanwhile, bound gold in end-game content will be adjusted. For the Kazeros Prologue through Act 4, existing gold rewards will be maintained, but 50% will be converted to bound gold. This adjustment was previously announced in the last live broadcast. To compensate, some easing measures will be implemented, such as increasing the purchase limit for Level 7 gems to 11.

Kazeros Act 1 and 2 Extreme Release
Extreme difficulty for Kazeros Raids Act 1 and 2 will be added on April 22. Act 1 will run for 4 weeks, and Act 2 will also run for 4 weeks, for a total of 8 weeks.
Each will feature a single-gate format where players face Aegir and Brelshaza directly. Difficulty levels are categorized into Normal (1,720), Hard (1,750), and Nightmare (1,770).
Normal and Hard are designed to be enjoyed with relatively low pressure, similar to the difficulty of Thaemine Extreme, and offer one resurrection opportunity. Conversely, Nightmare is a challenging difficulty that rewards players with exclusive symbols and titles. Rewards can be obtained with a single clear within the period.
Rewards are 20,000 gold for Normal, and 45,000 gold for both Hard and Nightmare. First-clear rewards include items like Legendary Card Packs, and exclusive tokens can be exchanged for Relic Engraving Recipe Selection Pouches, Hell Key Chests, and more.

Lost Ark x 'The Colony' Collaboration Revealed
A collaboration with director Yeon Sang-ho's new work, 'The Colony,' was also revealed. It is an event linked to the work of the director known for 'Train to Busan' and 'Hellbound,' where players can receive emoticons by leaving a review for the movie.
Director Jeon Jae-hak explained that this collaboration is a relatively simple event, and separately, a collaboration related to 'food' is also in preparation.

Ninave Figure Production Confirmed!
Following the Kadan and Beatrice figures, a Ninave figure is also in production. The product has been in development since January, and detailed information is scheduled to be released in May.

Is the new summer class a male Yoz?
During the Q&A in the latter part of the broadcast, hints about the new class were mentioned. Director Jeon Jae-hak provided clues, saying, "It's a class that female users will like," and mentioned the "bottom-right region."
As Rim Lake was mentioned as a region fitting those conditions, speculation arose that a male Yoz class might be added. The director responded positively, drawing attention to the possibility of its actual release.
