Dead by Daylight’s All-Kill: Comeback Chapter has entered its public test phase, bringing a new Map and Survivor ahead of its full release on March 17th.
According to a release, the update is now available via Steam’s Public Test Build (PTB), allowing players to preview new content centred around the All-Kill universe, originally introduced in 2021.
Rather than adding a new Killer, All-Kill: Comeback focuses on expanding existing themes tied to Dead by Daylight, including updates to The Trickster.
New Survivor: Kwon Tae-young
The Chapter introduces Kwon Tae-young, a tech designer whose backstory links directly to The Trickster’s world. Within the game’s narrative, Tae-young is hired by Mightee One Entertainment to develop MiNA, a virtual idol created in the Killer’s likeness.
The character is voiced by Kevin Woo, who previously collaborated with the franchise during the original All-Kill Chapter.
According to the release, Woo also returned as a consultant, contributing to the authenticity of the expansion’s Korean and K-pop-inspired elements.
Trickster’s Delusion Map
All-Kill: Comeback also delivers the Trickster’s Delusion Map, marking the game’s first fully urban environment. The Map features neon-lit streets, shops and a two-storey nightclub, designed to reflect The Trickster’s distorted subconscious.
Urban Maps have been a recurring request from players since All-Kill’s initial reveal, where similar environments were teased in lobby visuals.
Gameplay updates for The Trickster
Alongside new content, The Trickster received gameplay refinements intended to adjust his effectiveness within matches. Central to this update is the introduction of a Style Rank system, which rewards players based on their performance and playstyle.
Additional quality-of-life improvements include an Aura Accessibility feature and simplified Perk descriptions aimed at improving readability.
Behaviour Interactive’s continued expansions
All-Kill: Comeback represents the latest update from Behaviour Interactive, which has continued to expand Dead by Daylight through both licensed collaborations and original Chapters. Since its launch in 2016, the title has maintained a steady cadence of updates, frequently revisiting existing characters and themes alongside introducing new ones. Dead by Daylight’s All-Kill: Comeback Chapter officially releases on March 17th.
