Afreeca Freecs loses a set score for two Intentional Disconnections in a single match

It's a trend that nobody asked for, but it's happening at an alarming rate.

On March 20th (KST), Riot Games announced (Link in Korean) that they will penalize Afreeca Freecs with a Caution based on Clause 9.1.1.8 of the LCK ruleset, which states that the teams may be penalized if they commit Intentional Disconnection without a valid reason.

The penalty was given due to two consecutive disconnections from Seohaeng "KurO" Lee and Dayoon "Spirit" Lee at the end of Game 1 and 2 respectively in the match against ROX Tigers on March 19th.

As you might already be aware from Samsung Galaxy and Longzhu Gaming's penalty, an Intentional Disconnection results in a Caution, and two Cautions will add up to be a Warning, which comes with the loss of a set score.

Thus, with two consecutive disconnections, AFs was forced to suffer the loss of a set score on top of losing a match against ROX with a 0-2 record over the span of a single day.
