You can now follow live which players top Hearthstone's Ranked modes

It's been a feature on many a pro's wishlist for a long time, but finally there are live leaderboards for Hearthstone's Ranked mode. On Hearthstone's website you can track the top 200 players per region, for both Standard's and Wild's ladder. From the looks of it you'll also be able to go back to previous months to see who finished highest in a given month, starting with January 2019.

On Twitter, Hearthstone's website's lead project manager Amy Jantzer elaborated that the rankings will update every five minutes.

While the addition of live leaderboards shows promising initiative from the Hearthstone team, it's an attempt to shut the door after the horse has bolted for competitive Hearthstone. Just last December it was announced that Ranked results would no longer factor in for the official Hearthstone esports circuit - a leaderboard feature would've been even better during the four years ladder finishes did count.
