Netmarble has unveiled the official launch trailer for The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, offering a new look at the upcoming open-world RPG ahead of its global debut in March.

According to a release, the trailer focuses on the game’s multiverse-driven storyline, depicting a crisis unfolding across Britannia. Characters from different timelines — including Meliodas, Tristan and Diane — are shown converging to confront a shared threat.

The footage highlights cross-world interactions alongside large-scale combat sequences, emphasising the title’s tag-based battle system and cooperative gameplay elements. Players are able to assemble custom teams, combining character abilities and weapons while exploring the game’s open-world environments.

Netmarble also confirmed the game’s release timeline. Players on PlayStation 5 and Steam will gain early access beginning March 16th, with the full global launch scheduled for March 23rd. The launch will expand availability to mobile platforms, including iOS and Android.

Pre-registration is currently open via Google Play, the App Store and the game’s official website. Wishlist options are also available on PlayStation 5 and Steam.

The title is based on The Seven Deadly Sins franchise, the manga and anime series created by Nakaba Suzuki, which has surpassed 55m copies sold worldwide. The new RPG builds on Netmarble’s existing presence within the IP, following the success of The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross.

First revealed as a next-generation entry in the series, Origin represents a shift towards a larger-scale, exploration-focused experience compared to Grand Cross’ mobile RPG format.

Netmarble, the South Korean developer and publisher behind titles such as Solo Leveling: ARISE and Seven Knights, has continued to expand its portfolio across console, PC and mobile platforms in recent years.
