The Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC; Chairperson Seo Tae-geon) announced on April 17 that it held a 'Life-Sharing Blood Drive' in collaboration with nine related organizations in the Centum District to help address blood supply shortages caused by factors such as the aging population.
To help resolve the issue of declining blood reserves and fulfill its social responsibilities as a public institution, the GRAC has partnered with the Busan Blood Center to conduct regular quarterly group blood drives with other Centum District organizations.
This particular drive was hosted by the GRAC, with employees from nine Centum District organizations—the Korea Media Rating Board, Korean Film Council, Busan Film Commission, APEC Climate Center, Korea Youth Counseling & Welfare Institute, Busan Cinema Center, Busan Institute of Science & Technology Evaluation and Planning, Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency, and Busan Technology Venture Investment—actively participating to promote a culture of blood donation and the spirit of life-sharing.
GRAC Chairperson Seo Tae-geon stated, "I sincerely hope that the warm hearts and small actions of the Centum District public institution employees today will be a great help in saving lives," adding, "Our committee will continue to share the value of life-sharing with the local community and take the lead in various activities that foster mutual growth."
