NEXUS and RedLab Games Launch ROM: Golden Age on CROSS World Ranking Season 1 With 500,000 T-Red Diamond Rewards and Q1 2026 Roadmap

NEXUS and RedLab Games have kicked off a new competitive season for ROM: Golden Age on CROSS, marking a major step in the game’s ongoing blockchain-integrated rollout. The World Ranking Season 1 event, which began Dec. 23, brings together players from all servers to compete for leaderboard placement based on Fame Points earned through in-game activities such as boss encounters and guild dungeon participation.

The season is scheduled to run through March 31. According to the companies, a total of 500,000 T-Red Diamonds — or 5 percent of the asset’s overall supply — will be awarded to top-ranking participants. T-Red Diamonds function as a key currency within ROM: Golden Age on CROSS and may be exchanged at a 1:1 rate for the game’s CROMx token through the title’s minting system, allowing users to move assets on-chain within the CROSS ecosystem.

During the event period, the developers say all in-game revenue will be directed into a reward pool. Players who use CROMx can also obtain CROSSD, another utility asset that operates inside the broader CROSS platform.

ROM: Golden Age on CROSS adapts RedLab Games’ MMORPG ROM: Remember of Majesty with blockchain features supported by NEXUS. The project’s tokenomics model limits the combined circulation of Red Diamonds, T-Red Diamonds and CROMx to 10 million units. The companies state that the capped structure is intended to support value stability while scaling alongside demand for in-game assets.

In addition to outlining rewards for the competitive season, RedLab Games shared elements of its upcoming roadmap through official channels. The team plans to roll out new features and community initiatives during the first quarter of 2026, including a minting function via CROSS Ramp, developer AMA sessions and a token pre-sale.

NEXUS CEO Henry Chang said the collaboration aims to blend traditional MMORPG progression with blockchain-enabled ownership systems, positioning Season 1 as an early milestone in the game’s long-term development within the CROSS ecosystem.
