League of Legends Patch 7.2 has arrived!

The first rework of 2017 was followed by patch 7.2. The highlight of this rework is Warwick. Warwick has gone through changes to his skill configuration, in-game images, splash art, and voice.

The biggest change in this Warwick rework is mobility. First of all, Hunter’s Call now greatly increases movement speed when you run toward an enemy while targeting it. In addition, Hungering Strike has been transformed into a great chasing skill that can even follow the speed of Ezreal’s Arcane Shift.

Warwick’s Infinite Duress has been modified into a long-distance leap, and this enhanced distance in proportional to his movement speed. Building up speed and using Warwick’s ult can be used as a good way to initiate from considerable distances. Blood Scent has been changed to a useful skill for Warwick, who often has to fight in the middle of the enemy team. I have a lot of expectations for Warwick, now armed with high maneuverability and utilities, and am very excited to see what he can do in the future.

Along with minor buffs to the frequently used jungle champions such as Master Yi, Nidalee, and Gragas, two strong rank champs Darius and Katarina have been nerfed. Yasuo is expected to become more difficult to manage in the early stages of a game, as the damage of Sweeping Blade has been reduced.

A few Items also changed. The health increase of the beloved support item, Redemption, has been reduced from 400 to 300 and heal downs at the lower level. Duskblade of Draktharr and Edge of Night, which was added after patch 6.22, have had their damage altered from 50 to 75 and cooldown from 45 seconds to 30 seconds respectively.

Ghost’s movement now increases over the first two seconds, rather than activating instantly; the instant movement speed had overpowered synergy with some champions and has now been made less efficient. Toplane is expected to change as Courage of the Colossus’s shield duration has been reduced from 4 seconds to 3 seconds and the base shield now scales with the number of nearby enemies.

Finally, to celebrate Valentine's Day, two new Heartseeker skins will be released. This time’s Valentine’s Day special skin goes to Lucian and Quinn, so that they may paint the Summoner’s Rift with the color of love.
