Runescape is a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game that is developed and published by Jagex and released in 2002. Old School Runescape, or usually known as OSRS, is a billion dollar game with a global fanbase, several world records, and has a wide array of content that you could play the game for many years. There is a subscription fee of $10.99 a month, but with an option of buying more months at a time to reduce the average monthly cost.

Old School Runescape has 23 skills, some of those are agility, construction, farming, fletching, herblore, hunter, thieving, slayer, and many more. Each and every one of these skills has its own benefits when unlocking them.

In order to add some content into the game, there are mini modes available for the players. Minigames are only in member worlds besides Castle Wars. Minigames are cooperative competitions between players and other players or just game players can play on their own or with teams. It can be a good alternative to improve your combat and non-combat skills while having fun competing with other players. There are more than twenty minigames available to be played, some of them are Agility Pyramid, Duel Arena, Gnome Ball, Mage Arena, Rat Pits, Trouble Brewing and many more. As you can see, the game is a lot of fun if you are a monthly subscription member.

Even though many players won’t like it when they have to pay a monthly subscription just to unlock many features, many people consider that it is a game worth spending ten dollars for. Since playing as a free to play won’t give you the best experience when playing, it is better to pay a small number of dollars in order to unlock the fun and many contents in the game. But if you look at the positive side, the game does give a huge amount of content for you to enjoy so don’t feel wasted by paying the monthly subscription fee, because it is a game worth paying for.

You can also be a free-to-play player but the worlds are very limited for them. Free to play players can only access two kingdoms which are Asgarnia, Misthalin, Karanja, and Wilderness. While members of subscription can access the entire world map surely this is a disadvantage for those free-to-play players, but if you are just going to try the game, it is highly recommended to be a free-to-play player first. Here are some of the worlds accessible for members: Morytania, Kharidian Desert, Kandirin, Feldip Hills, and others.

By playing Old School Runescape, players can actually earn real money, just by selling in-game items through an online platform called Eldorado. It is a next-generation market for in-game items and it is available for quite a lot of games. Eldorado provides 100% trading protection, accurate delivery-time tracking, 24/7 live support, and automated selection of best offers. You can visit
the official Eldorado homepage for more information.

That's absolutely 3 rad reasons to play OSRS, completely agree!

Btw, who of us never dreamt about earning money by playing games? We were in our teens, maybe younger, getting our first experience with a PC, thinking: “Woah, it’s s amazing!” and then: “How nice would it be to be able to earn decent dollar by playing…”
