On the 5th of July (CST), in Game 4 of the Rift Rivals 2018, kt Rolster defeated MAD Team.
There weren’t that many kills during the game, and Deft had 100% kill participation with a 2/0/1 record.

The following is the interview with Deft.

There are many Deft fans in China. Do you have anything to say to them?

I thought that there wouldn’t be many fans that are still cheering for me since I wasn’t that good in the LCK. I think I need to work harder because of all the support.

Your comp had two supports. Why was it like that?

We thought that it would be more convenient to win if we had two champions in mid lane.

Why did you pick Varus instead of Lucian?

Our team didn’t have enough damage so we thought that Varus was better than Lucian in the comp.

You should have met your former teammates. How is it?

Since we had to prepare for the match, I didn’t have a chance to really catch up with them, but still, it’s good to just see them again.

Your next match is against RW. Any comments?

RW is doing well recently and I think they understand the meta well. I’ll do my best to prepare and win.
