The Fortnite Pro-Am was a who's who of gaming figures and pop culture icons including Twitch streamers, professional athletes, TV and movie actors, rappers, and esports icons. The audience watching live was a mixed bag of children, teenagers and adults alike -- each of them in love with the smash hit game, Fortnite.
Tyler "Ninja" Blevins, the Twitch streamer who famously played Fortnite with the internationally famous rapper Drake has since exploded in popularity. At the Fortnite Pro-Am, his presence electrified the crowd and his gaming celebrity status was on full display. Alongside his teammate DJ Marshmello, the two were easily the most popular duo there.
So perhaps it was only appropriate that Ninja and Marshmello would take first place, earning $1,000,000 for the charity of their choice.
Inven Global was live at the event, taking photos and enjoying the Slurp juice. Enjoy an inside look at Fortnite's most star-studded event!
Warcraft 3 is my one true love and I will challenge anyone to a game of Super Smash Brothers Melee.
