MXM has announced it will discontinue its service on January 31st, 2018.
The announcement was posted on the official MXM website on November 16th (Thu). The post includes the reason behind the decision of discontinuing MXM service, while also expressing appreciation towards players who have been playing and supporting the game thus far.
Upon deciding to cease service, all players who have purchased X-Coins from August 30th to November 16th will automatically receive refunds. The process will take up to 2 weeks, and it will be done via the same method the purchase was made.
Players who log in to MXM before January 31st will receive 500,000 X-Coins for unlocking all content in the game, and all masters and game modes will be available to play without any limits. Also, Construct Lua, the community-developed Lua skin, can be purchased with 1 X-Coin.
MXM started its service since the official launch on June 21st and has added new content with 4 masters and game modes such as Natium Defense Line and Hardpoint Capture. The title also had an eSports community tournament called The River King’s Cup. However, the title has decided to cease after 5 months of service.
MXM’s official forum, Twitter, and Facebook accounts will still continue updating until the complete conclusion of service on January 31st. The FAQ about the closing announcement and refunds can be checked in the official website.
