Lenovo made its debut on US news magazine TIME's World's Best Companies 2026 list, ranking 51st globally. Its overall score was 87.51 points, and its annual revenue for FY2526 reached a record high of $83.1 billion.
TIME evaluated companies worldwide in partnership with global market research firm Statista, based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency. Among these, Lenovo received a "Very High" rating in the growth category.
TIME cited the expansion of Lenovo's AI server business and rising demand for AI infrastructure as key drivers behind its performance. In FY2526, Lenovo's AI-related revenue doubled year-over-year, accounting for 33% of total group revenue.
The employee satisfaction evaluation was conducted based on survey responses from more than 200,000 workers worldwide. Revenue growth reflected corporate performance over the past three years, while sustainability transparency was calculated based on a composite ESG index comprised of multiple key performance indicators.
Lenovo explained that the recognition reflects its sustainability efforts and a growth strategy that prioritizes employee experience and responsible management. In FY2526, the company concluded its first-generation long-term ESG key performance indicators (KPIs) that guided its ESG strategy over the past five years, and presented new 2030 ESG KPIs and goals through its latest ESG report.
