On September 17 (US time), Roblox unveiled "The Hunt: Roblox 20," a platform-wide event celebrating the 20th anniversary of the platform's launch.
The event will run across the platform through September 28. Players can play popular games representing each year since Roblox's launch and jump between different titles to complete quests and collect user-generated content (UGC) rewards.
Completing the entire journey unlocks the "Year Infinity" stage. In this stage, players can access 20 additional games representing titles from 2026 and beyond.
"Roblox Plus" subscribers receive early access to the event hub along with 3 exclusive virtual items obtainable during the event. In addition, the Classic app theme—which recreates Roblox's past logo, colors, and font—is available to all users for the duration of the event.
Roblox explained that the event was organized to express gratitude to the creators who have built the platform over the past 20 years and to celebrate various experiences and community moments spanning from "Crossroads" to "Grow a Garden."
