On September 7, Lineage M unveiled details for its upcoming major update through the broadcast 'Inside M: Giran of Abundance'. The stream teased highly anticipated content, including the Dragon Knight reboot, exclusive perks for the new Giran and Heine servers, the addition of Albino Dungeon Sector 4, an overhaul of Clan Raids, a revamp of the World Dungeon 'Nightmare Island', and new maps for the seasonal Arena content.
The Dragon Knight is being rebooted beyond wielding the power of the four dragons, adopting a concept that utilizes the abilities of Halpas the Dark Dragon and Aurakia the Dragon of Light. Halpas significantly boosts the Dragon Knight's attack range and powerful multi-hit attacks, while Aurakia complements its defensive capabilities. Just as Fairies select elemental attributes, Dragon Knights will now be able to select and use multiple dragon abilities. In particular, the class's unique concept of pulling in multiple enemies with an attack range of up to four tiles—longer than other classes—will be further enhanced.
On the new Giran and Heine servers, a 1,000% EXP boost will be supported up to Level 90 (50%). Exceptional perks will encourage rapid growth, including daily distributions of 10 Superior Draw Packs and 10 Mysterious Draw Packs. A new server-exclusive accessory, the 'Radiant Ancient Necklace'—which grants +1 to All Stats, +10% Movement and Attack Speed, and +10% EXP and Adena gains—will also be provided. In addition, various benefits and systems designed to facilitate fast leveling are prepared, such as the 'Storm Level-Up Growth Dungeon' where players level up by rapidly clearing waves of monsters.
The key updates for legacy servers include Albino Dungeon Sector 4, the new Mythic Magic Doll 'Liberated Halpas', revamps for Nightmare Island and Clan Raids, and the addition of two Arena maps. Albino Dungeon Sector 4 can be entered from Level 91, and a new collection requiring Albino Shards will also be added. Nightmare Island gains new rewards and Legendary-grade elemental earrings. The entry restriction for Clan Raids will be changed from a per-character basis to a per-account basis. While solo raids remain available, higher-tier raids are restructured to require cooperation to earn greater rewards.
A total of seven TJ Coupons will be provided during the major Q3 update on September 9. These include three 'Transformation, Magic Doll, and Relic Awakening Coupons' purchasable for 100 Adena in the store, three 'Transformation, Magic Doll, and Relic Synthesis Coupons' obtained through attendance checks, and finally a 'Special Rune Recovery Coupon'. The Special Rune Recovery Coupon can also be used to select a +3 Rare Rune.
