Korean Overwatch fans gathered in Busan for 'Overwatch Day,' held over two days on August 22 and 23 at BEXCO. Overwatch Day is a large-scale event organized by Nexon, which took over domestic publishing for Overwatch in South Korea, to mark the occasion. Taking inspiration from the in-game Busan map, Nexon decorated Hall 1 of BEXCO Exhibition Center 1.

One visitor shared their thoughts, saying, "I'm having so much fun seeing my favorite creators and receiving gifts. It's great that such a huge gaming event is taking place in Busan." Another attendee remarked, "It was really entertaining to hear various behind-the-scenes stories through the developer talk."

An essential staple of offline events is none other than hands-on activity programs and stamp tours. Attendees can step into the shoes of a MEKA squad hero, complete missions in different areas, and collect stamps.

Seven interactive programs were prepared on-site. Visitors enjoyed various activities, including Fusion Cannons Target Practice (hitting targets with three shots), MEKA Resupply Training (transporting a supply cart), "Find D.Mon" (searching for D.Mon), and Drums of Victory (touching LED drums). Additionally, a 60-player Overwatch PC bang and a merchandise zone were set up.

At the massive stage located at the innermost part of the venue, various programs ran throughout the day. Blizzard developers took to the stage in person to share behind-the-scenes stories of Overwatch's development, and a creator match featured prominent creators including Runner and ryujehong. During the creator match in particular, virtually every attendee in the venue was fully immersed, cheering on the teams.

Cosplayers dressed as Overwatch heroes also graced the venue. Selected through advance applications, the cosplayers greeted visitors in stunning outfits right as doors opened. Later, they took the stage to deliver a performance.
