DN Super dominated the month-long League of Legends (LoL) short-form cup tournament, securing the championship trophy and a prize of ₩30 million with an undefeated run.
The 2026 LoL KeSPA Cup, exclusively broadcast live on Disney+, concluded its month-long journey with DN Super's victory. DN Super reached the final stage and maintained a flawless record, ringing in six consecutive wins leading up to the final. On the 11st, they secured their ticket to the offline final by sweeping Hanwha Life Esports 3-0 in the first round of the final stage, followed by a victory over T1 in the second round on the 17th.
In the grand final held at the Daejeon Esports Arena on the 18th, DN Super took control against Nongshim RedForce from the first set with impeccable teamwork. Although they faced a crisis in the second set, trailing by approximately 5600 gold, they pulled off a stunning comeback through superior adaptability and quick decision-making. In the decisive third set, a solo kill by 'Clozer' Lee Ju-hyeon shifted the momentum entirely in their favor, and they secured the championship with a perfect performance, conceding zero kills in the 23-minute match.
The tournament MVP, 'DuDu' Lee Dong-ju, received a prize of ₩2 million. Reflecting on his honor, Lee said, "It feels surreal to win my first championship since my pro debut. This victory has given me the motivation and confidence to perform even better next year. I've always wanted to show my fans a better side of myself, and I'm happy to have delivered a great result today. I am truly grateful to all the fans who supported us."
In addition to the ₩30 million championship prize and the ₩2 million MVP award, the organizers engaged in social contribution activities. The Korea e-Sports Association, along with the 10 participating teams, donated a total of ₩20 million to Save the Children. The funds are earmarked to support medical expenses for children in need. Furthermore, the organizers encouraged voluntary participation from fans through individual donation channels and various events, putting the value of sharing into practice.
The 2026 LoL KeSPA Cup was hosted by the Korea e-Sports Association and co-organized by the Korea e-Sports Association and the Daejeon Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency, with exclusive broadcasting by Disney+, sponsorship from Logitech G, and cooperation from Save the Children.
