T3 has achieved its highest-ever half-year performance, driven by steady growth in its gaming business and expanded revenue from its new solutions division.
KOSDAQ-listed T3 (CEO Hong Min-kyun) announced on the 14th that it recorded consolidated revenue of ₩47.9 billion, operating profit of ₩11 billion, and net profit of ₩12 billion for the first half of 2026. These figures represent year-on-year increases of 34%, 17%, and 29%, respectively, marking record highs for a half-year period across all three metrics. By segment, gaming services generated ₩27.7 billion, solutions ₩19.8 billion, and other sectors ₩1.2 billion. The company attributed the improved performance to stable long-term overseas service revenue from its gaming business combined with the growing contribution of its new solutions business.
The gaming business is expanding its global reach centered on its flagship IP, Audition. Following the inclusion of Audition as a demonstration event at the 2025 Southeast Asian Games in Thailand, the company is solidifying its global business foundation by expanding the IP into esports content, including the 2026 Global Esports Grand Prix held in Vietnam.
The new solutions business, focused on digital twins and industrial solutions, began contributing significantly to revenue this year. Accounting for approximately 41% of consolidated revenue in the first half, the segment has established a strong presence. The company stated that it is accelerating the diversification of its business portfolio by securing new revenue streams distinct from its existing gaming operations.
Shareholder return policies are also being strengthened. T3 is implementing a mid-to-long-term policy to allocate over 50% of its separate operating profit to dividends and share buybacks, and it introduced a quarterly dividend system starting this year. Following the first quarter, the company declared a cash dividend of ₩40 per common share for the second quarter. A ₩4 billion share buyback program is also currently underway, bringing the total cumulative shareholder returns since the company's listing to approximately ₩58.6 billion.
"This result is the outcome of improved performance from our subsidiaries and revenue growth in new businesses, built upon the stable profit foundation of our gaming IP," said T3 CEO Hong Min-kyun. "In the second half, we will continue to strengthen the global competitiveness of the Audition IP while diversifying our profit base by expanding the customer base and service scope of our solutions business."
