JOYCITY announced on the 17th that 'Freestyle Football 2,' a new soccer game currently in development by its subsidiary URE, has reached No. 1 in the sports category at 'Steam Next Fest,' a showcase event for upcoming titles on the PC game platform Steam.

Since the event began on the 16th, 'Freestyle Football 2' has topped the charts in the sports, esports, and arcade categories. It also ranked 3rd in the online co-op category and 11st in the overall most popular demos among all entries in the event.

JOYCITY attributed these rankings to user feedback gathered since the demo's early release on the 10th, combined with active participation from global players following the event's official opening.

Kim Myung-soo, CEO of URE and the project's lead producer, stated, "We are thrilled to achieve such meaningful metrics on the global stage and are grateful to our users.
