Marvel Contest of Champions is set to arrive on Steam on Wednesday, June 18, as part of Steam Next Fest 2025. Developer Kabam has opened wishlists for the PC launch, with milestone rewards including four 3-Star Nexus Crystals plus 60,000 gold and basic ISO-8 at 50,000 wishlists, escalating through Spider-Verse, Avengers and X-Men crystal bundles at higher tiers.

The Steam edition will bring the title’s signature arcade-style combat to full HD at 60 frames per second, alongside a redesigned user interface tailored for keyboard and mouse. Cross-play support will allow users to carry progress between mobile and PC. Monthly content drops will continue, expanding an already vast roster of more than 300 Champions.

June’s schedule of in-game events spans both platforms. The Fantastic FORCE Saga celebrates the upcoming release of Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four film with new story content. Players can collect “Research Grant” tokens across various modes to obtain a 7-Star Mister Fantastic, and undertake the Vaults of Variant side quest—running through July 9—to help Reed Richards with multiverse research.

The festivities introduce members of the Runaways team, Nico Minoru and Karolina Dean, to the Battlerealm beginning June 26. A Runway Ready solo event runs through June 30, offering Pride-themed profile pictures as rewards.

The ongoing Eidol chase, featuring original character Solvarch, launched June 4 and will conclude October 8. Captain Britain received a rework on June 2, unlocking as a 7-Star Champion via the Double Track Event. Ironheart’s arrival is marked by a seven-day Hall of Irons login calendar through August 1 at 4 p.m. PT, with special offers timed to the series premiere on June 24.

A Heat Wave sale will heat up the Battlerealm on June 27, spotlighting fan-favorite Champions such as a 7-Star Human Torch alongside discounted resource bundles. Further updates, including balance fixes and the “Wheel of Fate” challenge, are detailed in the latest patch notes.
