Logan Paul hosting Pokemon TCG auction this Sunday, featuring over $200K in graded first edition cards

Logan Paul is shifting focus to his wrestling career after signing with WWE. The YouTuber has decided to auction off over 700 of his Pokemon cards from his personal collection.

Paul was one of the content creators to initially jump on the Pokemon The Card Game (TCG) hype of 2020 and 2021, causing the prices of cards to skyrocket thanks to his huge following and often optimistic valuations of pulled cards. Paul became the laughing stock of the Pokemon community when he spent $3.5 million on a fake case

While Logan Paul spent a lot of time and money on the Pokemon TCG the past few years, it seems that he may be trying to leave that chapter of his career behind after signing with WWE. Or at least recover some of the money he lost.

How can I bid in Logan Paul's Pokemon TCG auction?

Logan Paul's auction is called "Stars, Stripes, and Slabs: Logan Paul's Holiday Weekend Pokemon Slab Sale." There will be over 700 graded 1st edition cards up for grabs, with the entire collection valued at over $200K.

To take part in the auction, here's what to do:

  • Pokemon card collectors will have to download the Whatnot app
  • Apply to become a Verified Buyer within the app
  • Then tune in to the auction at 11 AM PST on Sunday, July 3

It's unclear how much the graded cards will go for. It's possible that they could end up with pretty hefty price tags due to their rarity on top of being owned by Logan Paul.
