An Escape From Tarkov streamer known as Bobu or The Tarkov Guy had an emotional moment with his viewers in a recent stream.

The full-time streamer lives in Ukraine with his family, often streaming from a "real hideout" near the border of the country. His streaming schedule has been significantly impacted after the Russian invasion, recently forcing him to leave a stream early. Bobu could be heard crying as he told his followers he had to leave to keep his family safe and would keep them updated on Discord.

"I just wish it will not spread from here to everyone else," Bobu added.

On Bobu's Twitch channel, the streamer has updated fans about the situation. His current plan is to leave the bunker and upgrade his living space despite currently going through a "Tarkov-like" experience in real life. Bobu currently lives in a bunker located in a military zone in Ukraine.

Despite the scary ongoing crisis, Bobu said that he is still hoping to keep growing his streaming career and build his Tarkov Academy for gamers.

"Right now I am putting all my resources and as much effort as I can to make my crazy dream a reality, along with pursuing my goal to make a living for myself and my family from streaming. I will do my best to deliver awesome and original content for you dear viewers," Bobu wrote.

The response to Bobu's last stream has been very emotional. Many Reddit users have called the man "wholesome" and "selfless." Some called it "hard to watch," saying the stream was "heartwrenching." Just like his viewers, the streaming community has been sending prayers and well-wishes Bobu's way, urging him to stay safe.

Said one fan: "We gotcha."
