The League of Legends esports free agency window has only been open for about 30 hours, but 100 Thieves had finalized their LCS starting lineup while the window was still closed. The organization kept it simple and made zero changes to its 2021 LCS Championship roster save the addition of 100 Thieves Academy top laner Milan "Tenacity" Oleksij as the roster's sixth man for LCS 2022.

Tenacity, who was signed to the organization upon the establishment of its amateur program 100 Thieves Next. Tenacity impressed at the amateur level and has since spent the last 18 months as the starting top laner for 100 Thieves Academy. It is possible that veteran top laner Kim "Ssumday" Chan-ho will split time with Tenacity in an effort to slowly introduce him to LCS play while platooning in the role with a mentorship figure.

During the Dot Esports Free Agency Show on the evening of November 15, it was reported that 100 Thieves had re-signed head coach Bok "Reapered" Han-gyu, and in addition, Cloud head coach Alfonso "mithy" Aguirre Rodríguez would be joining 100 Thieves as their new assistant coach.

100 Thieves has only had one official acquisition in the off-season thus far, and that is the signing of Rayan "General Sniper" Shoura. General Sniper is the most hyped player in the North American amateur scene and is also the younger brother of Immortals Academy top laner Omran "V1per" Shoura. General Sniperr, age 15, first hit Challenger at age 12 and was considered a surefire signing by many upon LCS eligibility, but 100 may be looking to develop him sooner on 100 Thieves NEXT.

In 2020, General Sniper was signed by Cloud9 as a streamer, but because he was only fourteen, the contract violated age eligibility rules in the LCS and the contract was terminated less than 24 hours later than the deal was made public.
