Team Dynamics announced that Kim “Beyond” Kyu-seok will be retiring from professional play. Beyond debuted in 2015 as a member of MVP. He contributed to the team’s promotion to the LCK from Challengers Korea. After joining Team Dynamics in 2020, Beyond again led the team to promotion.

Team Dynamics respected Beyond’s intent to have a new start, taking a step back from his pro gaming career. They will be displaying Beyond’s picture and jersey in their new team facility to be completed in December.

Beyond’s next step will be as a coach in Team Dynamics. “The pressure of living as a pro player made me decide to retire,” said Beyond, “I want to walk the path of a coach that could find and teach young prospects. Thank you to all the fans that cheered for me in my career as a pro player.”
