[Call of Duty: Modern Warfare] The best and trending attachments for the M4A1

The M4A1 is undoubtedly one of the best weapons in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It’s very versatile and easy to use in almost all situations. There have been many popular loadouts for the M4A1, but since it’s so strong, almost any setup is viable. Here are some trending loadouts for the monstrous weapon.

M4A1

All-Rounder

- Barrel: FFS 14.5’’ TAC Lite

- Foregrip: Merc Foregrip or Operator Foregrip

- Ammunition: 50 Round Mags

- Rear Grip: Rubberized Hand Grip

This would be one of the most common settings (with the XRK probably being the most common). The barrel attachment helps with your ADS. If you’re comfortable with the iron sight, you can add another attachment, but having a scope has its benefits. If you don’t use a scope, try the M-16 Stock or FORGE TAC CQS. Using the No Stock attachment is viable as well. The Merc and Operator Foregrips are just slightly different. When hip fire isn't necessary, picking the Operator Foregrip may be the better option.

9mm Run & Gun

- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor

- Barrel: Stock M-16 Grenadier or Corvus Custom Marksman

- Ammunition: 9mm Para 32-Round Mags

- Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape

- Stock: No Stock

This is one of the most trending setups for the M4A1. You’ll be finding a lot of gold or platinum-plated M4s in this specific loadout on the ground while playing. It looks kind of weird, but its performance is deadly. The biggest advantage of this loadout is that its fire rate is insane. Just by aiming at the chest, you’ll be able to take down enemies in no time. The TTK is insane. You can think of this setup as an AR with the capabilities of an SMG.

Mid to far range monster

- Muzzle: Compensator

- Barrel: Stock M16 Grenadier

- Optic: Canted Hybrid or other 3-4x scopes

- Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip

- Ammunition: 50 Round Mags

Mostly for ground wars, this setup is to take down enemies further away. The recoil on this weapon is very small and usually very manageable in most situations. To add more stability, the compensator is always a great option. With the Commando Foregrip, you’ll be thinking this thing has no recoil. Try to find tactical positions and ready your aim at where enemies are likely to show up. Once you've started, carry on by calling in killstreaks.
