Arc System Works Asia has released a new trailer for 'Jo-Haru,' the latest DLC character for the newest entry in the UNI series, 'Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes.'

In the summer of 2026, the fourth additional character, 'Jo Haru,' will be released. Once a member of the 'Amnesia' organization alongside Ogre and Strix, Jo Haru was consumed by the overflowing power of the 'Abyss' during a battle against Amnesia. Having lost her reason, she inflicted a deep wound upon her best friend, Strix. Overwhelmed with despair after harming the person she held most dear, she was haunted by rumors that 'Strix is still alive.' Now, she has changed her name and is wandering toward the 'Night' in search of her true self.

Jo Haru, whose participation in the battle has been confirmed, is a speed-type character who specializes in close-quarters combat using sharp claws. She can harass opponents and unleash rapid, precise attacks by coordinating with a doppelgänger that mimics her movements.

'Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes' is the seventh installment in the series and the first to feature a numbered title, marking 10 years since the series began. It introduces a complete visual overhaul, new playable characters, and an unfolding new story. Players can also enjoy innovative battles through the addition of new ultimate skills, an evolved battle system, simplified controls that allow for flashy action with a single EXS button, and an improved network environment that supports 'rollback netcode' for the first time in the series.
