A second entry dated Aug. 13 notes sustained movement in lab wings believed to have been cleared, the recovery of hand-drawn schematics near restricted access points, and a compromised escape attempt.

The final entry, timestamped Aug. 18, describes a containment integrity failure, audible structural damage to reinforced doors, and visual feeds capturing an unidentified presence in restricted corridors.
