You don't own a Cooler Master MM720 mouse or a SK653 Keyboard and it's tearing us apart

You could own these things, and yet you choose not to. Curious.

As a friend and someone who only has your best interest in mind, I need you to know that what I'm about to say might sound hurtful. Despite this, I'm relying on you to trust me and know that I'm sincerely trying to help. All right, here goes:

Your current gaming mice and keyboard belong in the trash.

If you think you can play dumb — save it. We all know high-quality PC accessories exist but you choose to act like they don't exist. Instead, the people that care about you most have to watch as you spend the majority of your time gaming on the same dusty defaults that came with the PC you bought years ago.

You...you aren't even exactly sure where you got your current mouse and keyboard, are you?

▲ This you?

I know this isn't easy to hear but the fact that you made it this far gives me a lot of hope. Save the excuses, I've heard them all:

Quality gaming gear is expensive!
Why replace what still works?
But I LIKE being bad at video games.

Listen to yourself!  Are you trying to tell me you don't want a featherweight mouse that only weighs 0.108 pounds? Am I supposed to believe that it's nearly 2-meter long ultra weave cables and RGB illumination just isn't for you? You're really going to sit there and tell me that $49.99 for an ergonomic mouse that reduces wrist strain due to its absurd lightweight isn't worth the money?

I can't stand it when you gaslight me like this — and we haven't even talked about the keyboard yet!

▲This is what self-care looks like. Self-care also comes in a variety of different colors.

I'm willing to compromise on the mouse because, having seen your aim, I'm pretty sure you use a track-pad anyway. However, if you insist on defending that crumb-infested petri dish you call your keyboard one more time, my lawyers have advised me that I am within my rights to destroy it myself.

The SK653 -- how many times do we have to go over this?

I'll be blunt: Your insistence on denying the SK653 hybrid wireless mechanical keyboard and its minimalist brushed aluminum body a spot in your life is tearing our relationship apart. You see, I know the SK653's low-profile mechanic switches and ergonomic keycaps provide all the benefits of bulkier keyboards while still remaining lightweight. I am keenly aware that a keyboard with both wireless and wired functionality is a huge perk that allows me to game or work anywhere I want.

But you? You act like the SK653 isn't compatible with Windows 8 and above, macOS, iOS, and Android, completing ignoring the fact that you can easily switch between devices with the touch of a button. That last part makes it personal and I'm trying my very hardest not to develop resentment over it.

▲ See?  The button is right here -- can we stop now?

Look... This wasn't easy for me to tell you and it couldn't have been pleasant to hear. Now that it's all out in the open, I understand if you need some time to process. Honestly, I'd be happy if you just looked at the latest products and accessories by Cooler Master here - at least then I would know you are taking any of this seriously.

There is no other way to beat around the bush. You don't own MM720 mouse or a SK653 Keyboard and I won't be the one enabling you any further. This is my last attempt at salvaging whatever... this is.

Listen... I know you love PC gaming. But, until you can start respecting it, you and I are finished.
