Formirai, a Japanese game developer, announced that its online riichi mahjong game 'Mahjong Soul' officially launched a collaboration update with the popular four-panel manga 'Pop Team Epic' on the 22nd.

Pop Team Epic is a prominent Japanese subculture intellectual property that has gained immense popularity for its unique humor and parody style, building a solid global fan base through various media adaptations, including anime.

This collaboration introduces new limited-edition outfits for original in-game characters Reizei Emeko and Kokura Kanade. Players can obtain these special outfits using dedicated outfit vouchers; once equipped, they also activate unique interaction features in the lobby, adding a fresh layer of fun.
