Global game publisher CFK (CEO Koo Chang-sik) announced today (the 29th) that it is holding a discount promotion for its game lineup on Steam and the Nintendo Switch eShop in celebration of Family Month.
The promotion offers discounts of up to 80% on both Steam and Nintendo Switch. The Steam sale runs from Tuesday, April 28, to Tuesday, May 12, while the Nintendo Switch sale runs from Tuesday, April 28, to Monday, May 11. The full list of discounted titles can be viewed on the CFK Steam publisher page and the Nintendo eShop.
Many major titles are featured at their lowest prices ever during this promotion. 'Shikhondo - Youkai Rampage,' an oriental fantasy bullet-hell shooter developed by Korean indie studio Deerfarm, is available at a 50% discount.
'Shikhondo - Youkai Rampage' is the definitive version of the 2017 title 'Shikhondo: Soul Eater,' featuring improved gameplay and additional modes developed in collaboration with CFK. It remains a steady favorite among a wide range of players, from casual gamers to bullet-hell enthusiasts.
'Ninja Issen,' which has received positive reviews following its Nintendo Switch release thanks to ongoing quality-of-life and content updates, is available at a 60% discount. Additionally, the action-adventure game 'Before The Night' is discounted by 75%, and 'Some Some Convenience Store' by 60%, offering a great opportunity to pick up these titles at a reasonable price.
Some titles are also seeing their first discounts since their Steam release this past March. The mystery adventure game 'Connected Clue' is participating in the promotion for the first time, available at a 20% discount.
'Connected Clue' is an 'experiential mystery adventure' that breaks away from the text-heavy visual novel format common in the genre. Players take on the role of private detective 'Diana' and explore 'Salomon Town,' a setting steeped in the atmosphere of 19th-century detective fiction, to uncover the truth behind a case.
The second new character DLC, 'Lea,' for the shooting action title 'Cat Girl Survivor'—which has been in successful Early Access on Steam since Friday, September 26—is also included in the promotion. 'Lea' possesses skills that allow her to scatter and detonate paint to effectively exorcise evil spirits and annihilate enemies.
A diverse lineup of other titles is also available, including 'MazM: Jekyll and Hyde,' 'MazM: The Phantom of the Opera,' 'MazM: Pechka,' 'Koumajou Remilia: Scarlet Symphony,' 'Koumajou Remilia II: Stranger's Requiem,' 'Born Alone,' the 'Stray Cat Doors' series, the 'Some Some Convenience Store' DLC series, the 'Princess Maker' series, 'Knights of Spirits,' 'Monochrome World,' and the 'NEKOPARA' series. Further details on the discounts can be found via the links below.
